Love this post, as always. I actually saw Think Like a Man because the previews looked funny. That’s what I took the movie as…just a comedy. I have no intention on reading the book, nor do I want to attempt to think like a man. When it comes to relationships, I’m willing to give a guy a chance (not if he’s crazy), if I feel there could be something between us. If it doesn’t work out, then I need to have enough sense and self esteem to move on and try again (I do). No thinking like a man. No games. No rules (as seen in the movie), as life happens one day at a time without any guarantees. I go by common sense (I know it’s not so common with everyone) and wisdom over the years from trials and errors. I had no intention on leaving this long comment, but I’ve been annoyed with all of the Facebook posts with “words of wisdom” from The Notebook, coupled with agonizing rants about not being able to find a good man. Yuk! My venting session is now done. Enjoy the rest of your week.
